Responsibilities:
1. HOST OPEN HOUSES ON REGULAR BASIS. Post signs/ sign in guests/ follow up with prospects.
2. Field services work (key boxes on/off, hanging sign riders, etc) for properties as needed for the team.
3. Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors as needed for team.
4. Show homes to prospective home buyer clients as needed for team
Qualifications:
1. Valid WA Real Estate License
2. Driven, motivated, and able to perform tasks independently
3. Ability to build rapport with the client
4. Great time management and organization skills
5. Must be available weekends
