Finalizing the Details

It’s never easy when a loved one passes away.  But it gets harder when you start to sift through all of the things that have to be taken care of.  When one of those things ends up being a mobile home that is in a park on rented land, things get a little tougher!  That is exactly where Cara found herself.  Her mother had passed away and now it was up to her to take care of finalizing the estate.  She quickly decided that the house must be sold.  She was connected with the Toril Sells Houses Team by referral.

When Cara first reached out it was decided that a few things needed to be done before the home was listed.  She quickly got the punch list of items completed and on the market the house went!  Showings and phone calls went crazy!!  The hard part was it was a two part transaction.  The Team had to find someone who could not only qualify for a loan or have cash to purchase the home itself, but someone who could qualify for the space rent as well.  Which seemed to be a tough feat!

But the Team prevailed and was finally able to find a buyer that could pay cash for the home and qualify to rent the lot!!  HOORAY!!  With 13 days from Active to SOLD with the second buyer, Cara was finally closing this chapter of her life and was able to move forward.
