Making the Impossible, Possible

Most young families need more space, and as such, need to look for a new home. However, life sometimes gets in the way, and the process isn’t as easy as it should be. To some, it might even seem impossible. This was the situation Danny and Memory Connell faced not too long ago.

Danny and Memory were a young couple looking to purchase a new, forever home as a family. Like most of us just starting out, they had some financial snags and debt to value issues that threatened to keep them from realizing their dream. Snags that might kill their dream, before it even had a chance to grow. Luckily, they knew who to turn to.

They won in what is known as a multiple offer situation, allowing Johnny to close on the Connell’s new forever home. And, as always, the Team went the extra mile for the couple. After closing on the house, Johnny arranged to have their new yard mowed so they didn’t have to worry about it.
